LEVERETT, Mass. — Are you looking for a place designed for a luxurious lifestyle? Well, a Massive Western Massachusetts Estate Owned by the Founder of Yankee Candle is on the market for $23 million.

The late Michael James Kittredge II wanted to capture the endless possibilities within his 120,000-square-foot Leverett home that sprawls over 60 acres of country land and contains an array of recreational activities.

The main home was built in the 1980s before Kittredge acquired the property and began expanding in eight stages. It was finally completed in 2010.

The 113 Juggler Meadow home has two car barns with space for a total of 80 classic cars, a concert space where Hall & Oates once performed, 16 bedrooms, a nine-hole golf course, a pool, an indoor water park, and a two-story arcade.

But if you’re looking for a bit more relaxation, head on over to the 55,000-square-foot spa. In this building are a 4,000-square-foot fitness center (along with a smaller gym with a basketball court), multiple massage and treatment rooms, a full kitchen, a sauna, a steam room, and two locker rooms where you can stash your belongings. There’s even an indoor tennis court with spectator seating.

Kittredge II passed away in 2019 at the age of 67. He had twice battled cancer and suffered a stroke in 2012, which limited his movement and speech.
